Postage and Delivery Times
All Tweed with a Twist™ orders will be sent via Royal Mail, first class delivery. Customers should be aware that most, if not all Tweed with a Twist™ orders are hand made to order therefore please be patient regarding the dispatchment of goods from the studio. If you would like your Tweed with a Twist™ order to be sent guaranteed next day delivery then please either ring the studio to let us know or send us an email. Please note that there will be an extra charge for this service. We love getting orders from abroad, but I'm afraid you will be charged accordingly for postage and package.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your Tweed with a Twist™ order please send it back within 7 working days for a full refund. Please note that KatieMosa will not reimburse for return postage. All orders should be sent back in the original or similar protective packaging and in perfect condition. Unless an order is incorrect or faulty, we cannot refund on personalized items. Unless goods are incorrect or faulty we will not pay for return postage costs, so please make sure you send your order back using recorded delivery to ensure its safe arrival back to the KatieMosa studio.
Packaging
We currently do not offer a gift wrapping service however, all orders are wrapped in tissue paper with a business card which can be used on reverse side as a gift card and KatieMosa branded sticker. The package is then wrapped in bubble wrap and brown paper for protection during transit.
How To Process And Pay For Your Order
We accept payment from most credit and debit cards using our PayPal account. You can also pay by cheque which you can send into the studio. Clients may also ring up with thier credit or debit card details which can then be process useing our merchant payment terminal. To place an order, clients must specify relevant trimming and fabric colour for your item. A quantity must also be specified and then you may proceed to checkout. You will be asked for relevant billing and shipping info, this is classed as your 'personal data'. A shipping method must now be specified, if you are ordering from within the UK then you may click the 'Free Shipping' button. Next, you must enter your payment info, if you are paying by card you will be redirected to our secure PayPal account to type in your payment information. Before your order can be processed you will be asked wether you have read and understood the KatieMosa - Tweed with a Twist™ terms and conditons. Having placed your order, an order review will show up on your screen with your personal order number and you will be given the option to continue shopping should you wish to do so. An email confirming your order will automatically be sent through to your email address. All you have to do now is sit tight and wait for the post!
Fabrics and Colours
The 'Trimmings and Linings' header in the navigation bar at the top of the shop shows, in detail, the different linings and trimmings that we use here at KatieMosa - Tweed with a Twist™. Please be aware that images of fabric colour may seem different when viewed with a naked eye. If you would like colour confirmation, or to simply see examples of the fabrics or trimmings that we use, please send us a stamped addressed envelope, to the KatieMosa studio, specifying the fabrics you would like to see. Please also note that the cotton floral linings are chosen by the designer to best match the tweed you have specified.

When you wish to become a KatieMosa fan, simply type your email address into the space provided. All KatieMosa fans receive emails informing them of KatieMosa current events and news

Before placing an order clients are advised to read over the terms and conditions of this website. Clients should be aware of the following statement; By completing and submitting the electronic order from you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us, will result in binding contract.
Data Protection
Clients should be assured that all personal data processed on this website is for the use of KatieMosa - Tweed with a Twist™ and will not be shared with any other persons working outside KatieMosa. We only share your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The data will be fairly and lawfully processed and safely obtained in the KatieMosa customer archives for 6 months. Should no other orders be placed within the 6 month period, then all personal data will be safely erased from the KatieMosa system. Your use of the KatieMosa.com website and any disclosure of personal information via the website signifies your consent to us collecting and using personal information about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may use your personal information for the following:
